Mary is in charge of obtaining interlibrary loans and supervises all loose-leaf filing. She keeps the library running during evenings and on Sundays. Mary also provides limited reference assistance.

Megan provides research and reference services to faculty, staff and students, and participates in collection development. In addition, she oversees Westlaw, Lexis, and CALI resources for the library. Megan has experience in county law libraries, law firm libraries and academic law libraries. Megan is currently the vice-chair/chair-elect for the GenX/GenY Caucus for the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL).

Barb manages the public services staff (including reference, circulation, and interlibrary loan). She is the chief reference librarian for students and faculty. She will help you find and use library resources, including Westlaw and Lexis, and will obtain materials unavailable in our collection. She also answers questions regarding library policy and welcomes suggestions on acquisitions of library materials. In addition, Barb manages the library's Faculty VIP Research Assistant and Document Delivery services and coordinates the development and implementation of faculty services. Barb is a member of the AALL-SIS Faculty Services Committee and the MALL Awards and Scholarship Committee. She is a member of the Minnesota Bar.

Grace coordinates the efforts of the library staff and is responsible for the administration of the law library. Her duties include leadership and staff development, collection development, and budgeting, as well as faculty responsibilities. Grace's door is always open to anyone who would like to discuss ways of improving services and the collection. Previously Grace served as the founding library director for Florida A & M Law School after gaining broad experience in a number of well-regarded academic and nonacademic law libraries. She has chaired American Association of Law Libraries committees and held other positions of leadership in the profession. Grace is a member of the New Jersey bar.

Selva is responsible for the operation of the circulation desk. He hires and supervises the student assistants, maintains the stacks, maintains the reserve collection, and tracks down overdue materials. He also provides limited reference assistance.

Susan is responsible for integrating new materials into the existing library collection so that library users have a logical, organized way to find appropriate items. In so doing, she prepares bibliographic descriptions of items and assigns subject headings, classification numbers, and computer access codes. Susan is responsible for cataloging and processing monographs, serials, loose-leafs, videos, CD-ROM's, DVD’s, government documents, microfiche and electronic resources.

Emily manages the Technical Services staff (acquisitions, serials and cataloging). She serves as the Associate Systems Administrator for the law library. She also is responsible for the Federal Depository Library Program, including managing the move to a primarily electronic environment for government documents. She is responsible for purchase, licensing, and access to subscription electronic resources. Emily has prior academic, law firm, and corporate experience in the information sciences.

Regina provides research and reference services to faculty, staff and students, participates in collection development, and oversees the library website and faculty scholarship database. In addition to teaching in the library's lecture series for first-year law students, Regina has taught the law school's Advanced Legal Research course in both the weekday and weekend programs and has taught the Legal Studies Department's introductory Legal Research and Writing course. Regina is co-chair of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) Council of Newsletter Editors, a member of the AALL Academic Law Libraries Student Services Committee, and co-chair of the Minnesota Association of Law Libraries Newsletter Committee. Immediately following law school, Regina served as elbow clerk to a federal judge, and she later practiced commercial law as a partner in an Ohio law firm. She is a member of the Minnesota Bar and an inactive member of the Ohio Bar.
